We are incredibly grateful to share some exciting news: Redeemed Water & Plumbing has been named a Platinum Winner in the Plumbers and Plumbing category of the 2026 CommunityVotes Midland awards.
For our family, this recognition means more than simply adding another award to the wall. CommunityVotes is driven by nominations and votes from people in the local community, which means this recognition came from the homeowners, customers, friends, and supporters who have trusted and encouraged us along the way.
And considering where we are in our journey, that makes it even more special.
A Special Milestone in Our First Year
Although owner and Texas Master Plumber Tony Surles, M-46673, brings 16 years of plumbing experience to Redeemed Water & Plumbing, 2026 marks our first year in business.
Starting a family business from the ground up has meant long days, plenty of challenges, and learning a lot along the way. From the beginning, however, the goal has remained simple: build a plumbing company that our family can be proud of and that West Texas homeowners can feel comfortable inviting into their homes.
Receiving Platinum recognition from the Midland community during our first year is something we do not take lightly.
“We started Redeemed Water & Plumbing with a simple goal: treat people honestly, do quality work, and build a company our family and our community could be proud of. Receiving the Platinum award in our first year means a lot because it came from the people we serve.”
— Tony Surles, Owner & Texas Master Plumber
Serving Midland and Odessa With a Focused Approach
Redeemed Water & Plumbing is a family-owned company based in Odessa and serving homeowners throughout Midland, Odessa, and surrounding West Texas communities.
Rather than trying to be everything to everyone, we focus primarily on two areas: residential plumbing service and repair and water treatment.
- Plumbing repairs
- Water heater repair and replacement
- Drain cleaning
- Water softeners
- Reverse osmosis systems
- Whole-home water filtration
- Water quality solutions for West Texas homes
Living and working in the Permian Basin also means understanding the unique water conditions homeowners face here. Hard water, mineral buildup, and water-quality concerns can affect everything from fixtures and water heaters to how water tastes and feels.
Our goal is not simply to sell equipment or complete a repair. We want homeowners to understand what is happening in their home, know what their options are, and feel confident in the solution they choose.
Faith. Integrity. Plumbing Done Right.
Our company name and our tagline are intentional.
Faith. Integrity. Plumbing Done Right.
Those words represent the kind of company we are working to build.
We believe homeowners deserve straightforward communication, professional workmanship, and recommendations based on what their home actually needs — not pressure to buy something they don’t.
Winning a community-voted award does not change that mission. If anything, it gives us another reason to work even harder to live up to the trust people have placed in us.
Thank You, Midland
Most importantly, thank you.
Thank you to everyone who nominated Redeemed Water & Plumbing.
Thank you to everyone who voted.
Thank you to the customers who have trusted us inside their homes.
Thank you to those who have left reviews, recommended us to friends and neighbors, shared our posts, or simply encouraged our family during our first year in business.
Being named a 2026 CommunityVotes Midland Platinum Winner in Plumbers and Plumbing is an incredible honor, and it belongs just as much to the community that supported us as it does to us.
We are grateful for how Midland has welcomed our family business, and we look forward to continuing to earn that trust — one home at a time.
